It is particularly important to us that our emerging talents internalize and authentically live these values from the very beginning.

As one of only two restaurants nationwide, we source our meat exclusively from the BIO-certified Gutshof Weng – evidence of our uncompromising quality standards and our conviction that excellent cuisine begins with selecting the finest raw materials.
